The app provides guided practices ranging from 2 to 20 minutes in duration, tailored to fit busy student schedules. Users can access a library of over 100 guided practices across categories such as mindfulness, breathing exercises, meditation, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Each month, subscribers receive five personalized practices aligned with their health objectives.

In addition to guided practices, Neolth offers Student Stories featuring real narratives about mental health struggles and coping strategies shared by fellow students. Expert Advice Stories present insights from healthcare professionals on topics like academic stress management and maintaining healthy relationships. Subscribers can track their progress, set goals, schedule activities, monitor stress levels, and receive monthly progress reports. Neolth also integrates with Apple HealthKit to sync mental health activity data.

Subscription options include a complimentary 60-day trial period followed by a monthly subscription at $9.99 or an annual subscription at $99.99.
