In addition to guided practices, Neolth offers Student Stories featuring real narratives about mental health struggles and coping strategies shared by fellow students. Subscribers can track their progress, set goals, schedule activities, monitor stress levels, and receive monthly progress reports. Neolth also integrates with Apple HealthKit to sync mental health activity data.
